Former ship photographer Andrew was one of (if not) my best friends on the Thompson Destiny back in 2006.

We've stayed in touch now and again, but this was the first time we re-lived the past in all it's glory, and I even learned the true nature behind his abrupt dismissal all those years ago.

Andrew talks about the crew life and habits, as he shares the different perks you can get based on who you know onboard. He also reveal the crew discounts we had back in the day and how we would finish work at midnight and then party for a couple of hours before being up at 6am.

Andrew can talk for South Africa, so I had to cut him down from 17 hours to just under an hour 20 minutes, making his the longest episode so far. A lot of laughs in this one. Enjoy!
