Musician and producer Jay is a serious character, having worked on ships most of his adult life. We worked together on my first contract back in 2006 and have met up since, so this was a great chance to hear all about everything noteworthy that's happened to him over the years.

Jay has great stories to tell, from catching the captain in his birthday suit, to his own cabin rocking adventures. He also sheds light on the issue of waste disposal on cruise ships and the contradiction in crew members being instructed to wear pins advocating for ocean conservation while the ship continues to dump waste. This raises questions about the extent of environmental deception by these companies.
